WardrobeFlow Subscription Terms

Effective: 23 September 2026

These terms supplement the WardrobeFlow Terms of Service for paid plans.

1. Plan and price

The plan, billing interval, price, currency, applicable taxes and included paid features shown immediately before Stripe checkout are the commercial terms that apply to that purchase. If a dashboard or promotional page conflicts with the final checkout summary, the final checkout information controls before you confirm payment.

WardrobeFlow may offer launch or promotional pricing. Current launch pricing is €6.99/month or €69/year. The exact recurring price actually charged is confirmed in Stripe Checkout before payment.

2. Renewal

Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, a subscription renews automatically at the selected billing interval until cancelled. The renewal amount is the amount communicated for the next billing period, subject to any legally required notice of a price change.

3. Payment processing

Stripe processes subscription payments and stores payment credentials under its own terms and privacy notice. WardrobeFlow receives identifiers and subscription status needed to provide paid entitlement; it does not store full payment-card details.

4. Cancellation

You can use the WardrobeFlow billing-management control, when available for the subscription, to cancel future renewal. Cancellation normally stops renewal at the end of the current paid period rather than immediately removing already-paid access, unless mandatory law or the specific checkout terms require a different result.

5. Failed payments and entitlement

If a payment fails, Stripe and WardrobeFlow may retry or notify according to the billing configuration. Paid entitlement can be paused while the subscription remains past due or otherwise unpaid and can resume after Stripe reports an eligible paid status. WardrobeFlow will not intentionally represent a failed or cancelled subscription as active indefinitely.

6. Price changes

Future subscription prices can change. Existing subscribers will receive any notice required by applicable law or the payment arrangement before a changed renewal price takes effect, together with any required cancellation right.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Subscription Terms removes mandatory consumer rights, including any statutory withdrawal, refund, conformity or cancellation rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Where an immediate digital service is supplied during a statutory withdrawal period, any legally required request/acknowledgement will be presented separately rather than assumed by these terms.

8. Termination of the service

If WardrobeFlow permanently discontinues a prepaid paid service before the end of an already-paid period, any remedy required by mandatory law remains available.
