Version 1.1
WardrobeFlow Terms of Service
Effective: 23 September 2026
Provider: WardrobeFlow Service Provider, Italy. Contact: the WardrobeFlow support contact displayed in the Chrome Web Store listing.
1. Service
WardrobeFlow provides browser-extension and web-account software for user-controlled wardrobe management, analytics, listing, messaging, sales and related workflow functions involving supported third-party services. Features and limits can differ between Free and paid plans.
WardrobeFlow is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Vinted or another third-party marketplace.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into this agreement. You are responsible for your WardrobeFlow account, devices and third-party accounts, and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not share access tokens, pairing secrets or other WardrobeFlow credentials with unauthorized persons.
3. Third-party services
Your use of a marketplace remains governed by your agreement with that marketplace. Marketplace rules, interfaces, rate limits and enforcement practices can change independently of WardrobeFlow.
You are responsible for deciding whether your intended use of WardrobeFlow is permitted by the third-party service and applicable law. External automation software may be restricted by a third-party platform and can expose an account to warnings, limitations, verification requests, suspension, content removal or other action. WardrobeFlow does not control those decisions and does not promise that a third party will authorize or continue to tolerate a particular workflow.
The Third-Party Platform Risk Notice forms part of these Terms where it is displayed during onboarding or relevant feature activation.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use WardrobeFlow to access accounts or data without authorization; circumvent security or access controls; distribute malware; impersonate another person without authority; violate applicable law or third-party rights; obtain another user's credentials/private information; or intentionally overload, disrupt or attack WardrobeFlow or a third-party service.
WardrobeFlow may enforce rate, batch, concurrency and other technical limits reasonably necessary for security, reliability and abuse prevention.
5. Automation and user control
Automation can perform actions faster than manual use. You are responsible for reviewing settings and confirming that an action reflects your intention. WardrobeFlow may require explicit confirmation for higher-impact actions, bound batch sizes, execute writes sequentially and avoid automatic mutation retries. These controls reduce risk but cannot eliminate every unintended outcome.
6. Plans and billing
Paid features, current prices, billing interval and renewal information are shown before you start payment. Stripe Checkout shows the final amount and any taxes applied before you confirm payment. Stripe processes subscription payments. The separate Subscription Terms apply to paid access. Mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal, refund and warranty rights are not excluded.
7. Service changes and dependencies
WardrobeFlow may change, add, restrict or remove features for security, compatibility, technical, legal or product reasons. Where mandatory law requires notice or a right to terminate a paid contract, that requirement applies. A third-party interface change can cause a WardrobeFlow feature to stop working temporarily or permanently.
8. License and intellectual property
Subject to these Terms and the applicable plan, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use WardrobeFlow for its intended purpose. No ownership of WardrobeFlow software, documentation or branding is transferred to you. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Privacy and security
Personal data is handled under the WardrobeFlow Privacy Notice. WardrobeFlow applies security safeguards appropriate to the service, but no internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Availability
WardrobeFlow depends on hosting, authentication, payment and third-party marketplace services. Except where mandatory law or a specific written commitment requires otherwise, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
11. Disclaimers and liability
WardrobeFlow does not guarantee that a marketplace will permit a particular workflow, that a third-party account will remain unrestricted, that third-party interfaces will remain unchanged or that automation will produce a particular sales/commercial result.
Any exclusion or limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer guarantees, withdrawal rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Suspension and termination
WardrobeFlow may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security incidents, fraud, abuse, legal obligations, non-payment or material violations of these Terms. Notice and an opportunity to remedy will be provided where appropriate and legally required. You may stop using WardrobeFlow at any time and can cancel paid renewal through the available billing controls.
13. Governing rules and disputes
Applicable law and competent courts are determined according to mandatory conflict-of-law, consumer and jurisdiction rules. No clause in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available in the country where they habitually reside.
